We’re thrilled to have you join us!  Our proven Getting Started System is outlined below, and we encourage you to follow it.  Growing a flourishing business is simply Networking + Selling + Duplication. Commit to CONSISTENT (not constant) effort, sharing both the products and business, DUPLICATE what you do by building a team of Consultants, and teaching them to do the same. Have FUN and GIVE IT TIME!  We'll be guiding you through the process and teaching you the blueprint to achieve your goals.

 

STEP 1: ORDER  90 Day Cycle to New Habits Journal by Hailey Duncan, Sandy & Wade Critides on Amazon. It's the curriculum you'll use to launch your business. Meanwhile, print the 2 PDFs below and work on your Why and 100 Person List.

It’s ok if you can’t think of 100 people right away.  This isn’t a list of people you think would want to join you, so don’t make that decision for them.  Just start by writing down everyone you know – use your email address book, social media contacts, your cell phone, etc. to jog your memory.  This is an ever-evolving list, so you will continue to build this list. 

Step 2: *REQUIRED*  Within a week, schedule your Zoom launch with your upline! Pick your favorite template below, your sponsor will fill in date/time/zoom info and help you with invite verbiage (click green verbiage button for examples). Together, you'll announce your new adventure as an Arbonne Consultant to your family, friends and network!  This is the most important part of launching your business. Think of it like a "Grand Opening" letting everyone know you've started your business!  

 

You'll invite friends, family and your network to join you for 20 minutes on Zoom where, together, you'll share about your new venture.You’ll share your “Why” (why you decided to join Arbonne) for 1-3 min, and your upline will share the story of Arbonne—the brand & the business. We'll record so you can share it in the future, especially those who weren’t able to be live. (Click green Verbiage button for examples)

 LEVELING UP

Step 3:  After your launch, get on Zoom with your upline AM or VP to discuss your goals and activity. 
If you want  to grow a business, your first goal is promoting to District manager, which you can do over 1, 2 or 3 months.  The first target to shoot for is earning your Consultant Achiever Award.  Whenever you're going for a promotion, we highly recommend you go to the Source and search "SuccessPlan" for that management level.

Step 4: Get into ACTIVITY and TRACK IT! The Transform 10 Each Month is our "Playbook". It’s our system. If your goal is to promote to VP, you'll want to have 40+ conversations monthly.  See bottom of flyer for various examples. A great goal for your first month is enroll 10 people in the 30 Day to Healthy Living Program or AgeWell Set (or other skincare line) and to schedule 10 three-way calls/zooms with your upline VP. Three-way calls/zooms are the backbone of our business because 3rd party validation is so powerful. This is what your sponsor most likely did with you and is the best way for your prospects to learn more. If they're unable to get on "live",  send them the recording from your Zoom launch. Print these 2 documents to help you track your activity monthly. The 8 Daily Missions is a checklist for your "Power Hour" daily with multiple examples of Income Producing Activity.

Step 5:  Plug In! 

** Tuesday Team Training - 8pm est, go to www.zoom.us or zoom app 
     Meeting ID: 917-499-4222  Passcode: 1234

     Ask your sponsor to add you to your Nation and/or Region team chat

** Ask your sponsor to add you to these Facebook groups: 

     - building nations! team page (pw: teamwork)

     - #arbonne30 Facebook group (pw: reset)

     - Mock FB Party - building nations! (pw: put your upline NVP’s name)

** Download these Apps:

            Arbonne My Office app

            Arbonne Pure Pay app

Step 6: Keep in mind that leaders are READERS! There is a great recommended reading list under the Resources tab. Start with Dare to Dream and Work to Win by Dr. Tom Barrett. We encourage you to make it a goal to read (or listen) to one book each month!
